All data transmitted between your device and y19s servers uses TLS encryption. Account records, payment identifiers and personal details stored on our servers are encrypted at rest using AES-256, so raw data is unreadable if accessed without the correct key.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is navigated. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the preferences panel in your account settings without affecting your ability to play.

Account Access Controls

Your account is protected by password authentication and, where you enable it, two-factor verification via SMS to your registered mobile number. We log every login attempt and alert you to any access from an unrecognised device or location.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for the legally required period after closure, which varies by applicable jurisdiction. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments are retained as required for financial compliance.
